《又是國王叫我騙子，客人叫我醫生的一天》是根據《紙上極限運動：全球南方的出版實踐取樣》一書所委託創作的新作品。

2018年至2020年間，張紋瑄走訪了南美、東南亞及台灣的多個地區，並採訪了藝術家、革命者、非政府組織工作者、獨立出版人、獨立圖書館管理員、歷史學家及設計師，探討獨立出版如何在不同的社會和歷史背景下成為一種對話形式。書籍不僅是靜態的知識來源，還是高度傳播的物件，能夠構建社群與網絡。

此次展覽作品創造了一個密醫診間的場景。人們前來並非為了治療常見的身體疾病，而是讓密醫診斷社會病症。這名密醫遊歷世界各地，並以遊記式的處方記錄所觀察到的問題及見解，包含對症狀的分析與建議的治療方法。在診療室中，前來就診的人可以將這些處方製作成小冊子，帶回家自行使用或與其他有相似症狀的人分享。主要目的是將這些小冊子從診所傳播出去，擴散其中的知識。

Between 2018 and 2020, Chang Wen-Hsuan visited various locations in South America, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan. She met and interviewed artists, revolutionaries, NGO workers, independent publishers, independent libraries, historians, and designers to explore how independent publishing can be a form of dialogue within different social and historical contexts. Therefore, books are not only static sources of knowledge but are also highly transmissive objects, with the ability to construct communities and networks.
 
The exhibition work creates a scenario of a charlatan clinic; people don't come to seek treatment for common physical ailments but to have the charlatan diagnose societal ills. The charlatan travels worldwide and documents their observations and insights in travelogue-like prescriptions that include an analysis of symptoms and proposed remedies. In the consultation room, people who seek treatment can have these prescriptions turned into booklets. They can take them home for personal use or share them with others exhibiting similar symptoms. The primary goal is to take these booklets out of the clinic and disseminate the knowledge within.
